Quiberon’s genuine gourmet institution

Created in 1946 in Quiberon, the Niniche is an artisanal cylindrical lollipop, awarded Best Candy in France and part of French culinary heritage. Initially a caramel speciality, it is now available in more than fifty flavours, but always made the same way.
