Already frequented by Neanderthals during the Neolithic Ice Age, the site has now been classified as a Natura 2000 site. The many remains of various dry-stone structures show us that the rural population lived and worked mainly on the outskirts of the woods, on the plains, near rivers and streams, but also in the most remote, secret and rocky places.
